Social workers, therapists, and other healing professionals have been recipients of pro bono work by members of the Minnesota chapter of ASID, who have created warm, welcoming spaces for patients in these environments. “The passion and commitment to design is evident in the designers who volunteer their time,” Desi says. “Being able to contribute to the community by sharing their knowledge, expertise, and resources is something that our designers are proud to do.”
